Bank of Tanzania Governor, Mr. Emmanuel M. Tutuba, and 60 other Central Bank Governors from various nations attended the 94th Bank for International Settlement (BIS) Annual General Meeting in Basel Switzerland from 28th to 30th June 2024.

Governor Tutuba also attended the Roundtable for the African Central Bank Governors organized by the Centre for the Study of African Economies at the University of Oxford from 1st to 3rd July 2024.

The annual meetings provide a platform for the Central Bank Governors to discuss global and regional financial issues, share experiences, and collaborate on solutions to various economic challenges.
