Governor of the of Tanzania, Mr. Emmanuel Tutuba, has met and held talks with NMB Bank and Bank of Africa (BOA) in the Bank of Tanzania’s sub-head offices in Dar es Salaam.
In the meetings held at different times on February 2nd, 2024, the Governor and leaders from NMB and BOA have discussed various matters regarding the growth of the financial sector and the economy in the country.
Additionally, the institutions have presented the various strategies they have in promoting the financial sector and financial inclusion.
Governor Tutuba has commended the institutions for the various efforts they are making and advised them to continue supporting the community, to effectively manage the implementation of the strategies they have and to comply with the procedures that guide them as well as the guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Tanzania.
He has also promised that the Bank of Tanzania will continue to cooperate with all financial institutions in the country to stimulate sustainable development in the financial sector.
The delegation of NMB Bank was led by the Chief Executive Officer of NMB, Mrs. Ruth Zaipuna and the BOA Bank Delegation was led by the Chief Executive Officer of BOA Groups, Mr. Amen Bouabid.
Gavana Tutuba hold meetings with NMB, BOA
