The Governor of  the Bank of Tanzania, Mr. Emmanuel Tutuba, is attending a Work Session for Board Chairpersons and Chief Executives Officers of Public Institutions organized by the Treasury Registrar's Office in collaboration with the Public Institutions Leaders' Forum. The session taking place at the Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) from the 19^th to the 21^st of August, 2023.  

 

Officially opened by the President of the United Republic of Tanzania, Her Excellency Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, participants will cover issues, including five key topics aimed at enhancing further the performance of public institutions.    

 

Additionally, the work session will review and discuss the National Development Vision 2025, institutional management improvements, and the establishment of performance criteria. The participating institutions will be provided with new work criteria tailored to their respective sectors.

The session will also address various challenges facing public institutions, including their leaders, and provide leadership training to enhance their performance.
