Financial Laws (Miscellaneous Amendment) Act, 2003
This Act mainstreams microfinance in the financial system, incorporating amendments of Bank of Tanzania Act 1995; Banking and Financial Institutions Act 1991 and; Cooperatives Societies Act 1991. The Financial Laws (Misc. Amendments) Act 2003 was enacted by Parliament in February 2003 and accented by the President in April 2003. 

The above mentioned three parents Acts have been repealed by new Acts namely Bank Of Tanzania Acts 2006Banking and Financial Institutions Act 2006;  and The Cooperative Societies Act, 2003 (Act No. 20/2003) . These new Acts now incorporate the amendment that had been provided under the Financial Laws (Miscellaneous Amendment) Act,2003

We canít get loan because; procedures of getting loan and paying it back have been very difficulty; also we donít have anything to put as collateral.
